1. What are the common causes of Heat Sink not hot?
The Heat Sink is not hot, which may be one of the following reasons: (1) the Heat Sink is designed or installed less, and the total heat dissipation is not enough; (2) the heat dissipation is small when the water temperature of the heat medium is low, and the standard heat dissipation that we usually use is that the water inlet temperature is 95 ℃, the water outlet temperature is 70 ℃, and the heat dissipation is about 40% lower when the water inlet temperature is 70 ℃, the water outlet temperature is 55 ℃, and the water outlet temperature is 18 ℃; (3) There are heating hoods, which often reduce the heat dissipation by about 20%; (4) different ways of water inlet and outlet pipes also reduce the heat dissipation. The best way is to go up and down, and the Heat Sink is about 20%; (5) air blockage, open the air-conditioning valve to exhaust the air in the Heat Sink, and then close it; (6) local blockage in the Heat Sink; (7) high resistance, which may occur in the parallel system, Resistance is large, hot water flow is small, heat dissipation is reduced; (8) water pressure is low, at the far end or high place of parallel system, water pressure is low, hot water is insufficient, heat dissipation is low; (9) ventilation of doors and windows.
2. Can Heat Sink of different materials be mixed?
Mixing all kinds of Heat Sink will lead to many hidden dangers, especially aluminum Heat Sink. We must pay attention to this and avoid mixing with other materials. First of all, because the resistance coefficient of different materials is different, this will make the original heating system out of balance, forming potential difference, making the Heat Sink with weak potential perforated due to electrochemical corrosion, resulting in leakage. Secondly, generally speaking, the caliber of light Heat Sink is relatively small. If they are mixed with cast iron Heat Sink, it is easy to cause hydraulic imbalance in the system and lack of heating heat.
