The more the number of heat sinks, the better the bottom polishing, and the better the heat dissipation effect, but it is also restricted by its manufacturing process. Generally, the small spacing of the heat sink grooves made of aluminum extrusion process can only be 1 .1 mm. The principle of heat dissipation is also simple: use the heat sink on the Heat Sink to increase its contact area with the air, and then use the fan to accelerate the air flow to take away the heat on the heat sink. The price of this kind of Heat Sink is also low. Compared with the following kinds of Heat Sink, the heat dissipation effect is poor.
Pure copper Heat Sink
The difference between this kind of heat sink and aluminum heat sink is that the material is changed into pure copper, because compared with aluminum, copper has a congenital advantage: the heat transfer efficiency is 412w / MK, which is nearly 1 times higher than 226w / MK of aluminum, but copper also has a congenital disadvantage: the heat capacity is too high, that is to say, this kind of heat sink absorbs heat quickly but releases heat slowly, and there is a lot of physical precipitation of heat in the copper, so it needs to cooperate with large work The fan with high speed can achieve the ideal effect. Due to the good toughness of copper, the manufacturing process is much easier than that of aluminum. There are folding type, gear type, etc. the density of heat sink can be higher than that of aluminum, and the cooling area is correspondingly larger. These can make up for the lack of slow cooling caused by its high heat capacity. However, the unit cost and manufacturing cost of pure copper are much higher than that of aluminum, which directly leads to the high price of such heat sink , although the price is high, the cooling effect is much better than that of aluminum.
